Added Snap.com Previews

I have added Snap.com preview functionality

Yesterday, I added snap.com previews to NeoHAWK. If you hover your mouse over a link that points to an external site, a pop-up will appear that provides you a thumbnailed screenshot of the site in question.

This preview makes it easier to see if you want to click through to the site or not. At least, I think it does. And it was easy enough to implement. So I did.
