I just received an email from Beth at the CFC:
The Center for Families and Children (CFC) is one of the largest nonprofit health and human service providers in Northeast Ohio, providing accredited client services with demonstrated impact in early learning, youth development, and behavioral health, with particular focus on parenting support. CFC's dedicated staff of more than 300 serves over 12,000 youth, families, and individuals annually at nine locations throughout Cuyahoga County, with the critical mission of changing lives and communities through client service, advocacy, and collective action.
CFC is currently seeking four community-focused and service-minded individuals to serve as volunteer officers of Leading Advocates (LEAD), a group of young professionals living and working in Greater Cleveland who are committed to supporting the mission of CFC through advocacy, service, community leadership, and philanthropy. LEAD members are dedicated individuals, ranging in age from 21-39, committed to personal and professional development, no matter the chosen occupation.
For more information and to apply for an officer position, please visit www.c4fc.org/lead. Questions may be directed to 216-432-7200, x302 or lead@c4fc.org.
Please help spread the word. Application form is here. (MS WORD)
