Closer

We are getting closer to launching officially. As you know, I am rebuilding neohawk.org with it's first new look in something like eight years. The base of the new site is Byteflow, a blog application built in Django. However, I have also thrown in some additional "applications" including this simple news app and my own home-grown links app.

I need to add a by-author view to the blog, since both Arisa and I will be using it. I'd also like to add rss/atom feeds on a author basis as well. I'm not sure, yet, how that is going to work out yet though as I haven't got around to it.

I also need to figure out the best way to add photos, as I am now storing photos on picasa. There seem to be a couple of solutions, none of which quite meet my needs out of the box. So we'll see what I end up doing.

I have begun to rebuild Neohawk.Org. It’s the first major redesign in eight years. I hope you like it.

What it means is that rss feeds, and other things will change. Of course, since I borked the old site those haven’t been working anyway.
